Hide Gmail labels from API

Hello!

I'm trying to find a way to change visibility of created labels in Gmail web interface via API (the "Show in label list" setting in web interface). But it seems that this is impossible to do. Does anyone have any suggestions how this could be accomplished?

Hi Luke,

  Sorry, I don't believe this setting is exposed by the Email Settings API, nor is it modifiable via IMAP.

Hi Jay,

Thank you for your reply! I was afraid of that. I looked into Email Settings API, IMAP, Provisioning API, Admin Settings API even App Scripts. And it seems that none of these has this option, but I was hoping that I overlooked something. :)
