Feed Response for Users doesn't match the documentation

The actual feed I receive when requesting the users in my domain doesn't match the format in the documentation (https://developers.google.com/google-apps/provisioning/#managing_user_accounts).

The atom namespace is completely shifted (for lack of a better term) in the response I receive:

I would assume that the documentation is off but just wanted to verify that that is the case.
