switching domain from blogger to weebly.

Under dns settings weebly required me to set the first "@" to "199.34.228.100" and the "www" to "@"

The website loads sometimes, but most of the time this comes up:

"404. That’s an error. The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know."

Im thinking that there is something else I need to change to hook up the site to weebly- as the blogger site isn't being displayed anymore. (I also set the domain under the weebly settings as www.gabrielleburke.com)

What other things can I do to ensure that this problem does not continue?

Or... How can I delete the domain www.gabrielleburke.com to purchase it through weebly?
