redirect workaround for issue 777

Hello
My domain can do with a redirect but then mydomain.tld/a should redirect to www.mydomain.tld/a and now it seems to redirect to www.mydomain.tld
In practice my koolbusiness.com/delhi redirects to www.koolbusiness.com when it should redirect to www.koolbusiness.com/delhi
Can you recommend me a solution?

Hi Niklas,

Google's own (Apps) redirection servers at addresses 216.239.36.21,
216.239.38.21, 216.239.32.21, 216.239.34.21 work exactly as you said.
But that's just the problem. I'm currently using those and therefore
my url redirection service is suffering a bit.

To fix the issue simply send your naked domain @ A record to IP
174.129.25.170 instead of Google Apps IP addresses (or cname). Then
everything will work as you requested. Service is provided by
http://wwwizer.com/

P.S. Also check out http://9ox.net/ (DNS update is right now pending,
but it will be eventually updated.)

I'm new to Google Groups so let's see if this message is a dupe.
Because posting is just lagging.

Instead of pointing your naked domain to Google's redirector, just
point it to 174.129.25.170 and it'll solve your problem.
