Corrupted datastore - missing entities?

Hi,

there seems to have been some outage (M/S datasore) as our datastore is missing entities which have been created on September 2nd.
Was there an announcement about this ? If not, we do we contact to investigate the missing entities ? (we have orphan references in our datastore).

Can't wait to move to High Replication with the new tool.
