Google app engine dashboard display not correctly!

Does anyone face the same issue before?
In one of my app engine dashboard, the request per sec shows really
weird results.

But all other dashboard looks good.
I tried to download the log with appcfg.py request_logs commands
and calculate the request per sec myself.
It looks like this:
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/gdoty
Which looks like more reasonable for me.
Any idea?

My Dashboard graph been blank for two days. I figure the guys at GAE
will eventually figure it out.
