Dashboard is showing  Recipients Emailed                 2,147,487,094         2,147,486,994         $0.01/ 100    Cost $214,748.70

Only 4 users of this app and it doesn't send any external email, just an invitation to each of the new users (ie 4 emails)

Please advise how to resolve
