unable to add app to domain

we've been unable to add an app to a domain today

is anyone else getting this?

keeps getting

An error occurred while trying to install this application. Please try again later.

have tried it with a totally separate app to our normal production one and a test domain and getting the same

so it seems not to be app / domain related but a more widespread problem

Got the same problem. Whenever I try to add a domain (which I own and
use with Google Apps) I get the error: "An error occurred while trying
to install this application."

First thought i had screwed up but I tried it with another app (which
uses different authentication) and it's not working.

I have done this about 5 times before for different domains so I'm
pretty sure I'm doing it right. Have got the problem for about 24
hours now.

Any news on this?
