High latency for no reason. HELP!

Dear Google Appengine Team,

   Since yesterday, our application is encountering very high latencies for no reason. The instances are being restarted out of the blue. If there are problems, please move our app to another cluster for now. No exceptions are thrown.

datastore: HRD

normal average latency: 80-150ms

since yesterday average latency: 300-6000ms

Please help us.
