Where to post production issues? (2 months with no response)

As far as I can tell, the correct place to post production issues is
the AppEngine code site - is that true? I posted a very serious issue
over 2 months ago and have heard nothing?

I believe you are doing the right way now :)

Googlers in the group will help you sort out. Just private ping them with your app id
