Dashboard 500 errors - no access

We cannot access https://appengine.google.com/

We repeatedly get the 500 error:

Error: Server Error

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

In addition to the already-reported error, I'm also finding app deployment fails with a server error and the generic "could not complete your request" message. Started happening for me around 3:15pm EDT.
