Hosting App Engine within client's Google Apps?

I'm looking at creating an application using Java and GWT to support my client's access to their Google Docs. I don't want to be responsible for hosting or billing my customer for hosting the app in the App Engine. Is there a simpler way to deploy the app to their domain? I know I can make them create their own app id and upload the app by giving them the WAR with a appengine-web.xml to upload but is there a more automated way?
