Suggestion: Please implement price threshold on GAE apps

Hi, 

I turned off my GAE test app in the fear of being charged by surprise. Thus I got this idea 

 

The levels of threshold an app owner can set to are

1. free

2. $5/month

3. $10/month

4. ... etc

on the threshold limit reached, the app consumer will need to come back next month.

This will address the area of GAE app that are not business critical.

But as always, it is easier say than done. Don't know if this idea can be implemented.

Considering that is how the previous budget concept works (except on a
daily basis), I doubt additional rocket science would be required.
There may however be plenty of "business reasons" not to stop people
inadvertently running up huge bills. Telcos have been screwing their
customers like that for years.
