App engine connect android app not visible in the new project wizard

I followed the steps to get appengine connect android app but i dont see that option in the new project options. 

I have 

eclipse Version: 3.7.2

Android sdk api level 16

app engine sdk 1.7.0

GWT sdk 2.4.0

I have installed the google plugin 3.7. 

But when i got to the new project , i don;t see that option.
