I am too receiving error messages and serving issues at least two apps, very frustrating... For the App Engine Team: 

[s~smfinra/14.357801179022322533].<stderr>: com.google.apphosting.api.ApiProxy$ArgumentException: An error occurred parsing (locally or remotely) the arguments to DATASTORE_V3.Get().

Shutting down the instance fixes it until it pops up again.
