Re-Verification of account forced but fails with old mobile number

Hello,

I have verified my account Stefan...@googlemail.com for Google App Engine ca. one and a half year ago.

If I try to create a new application now (10 applications reamining), the web application forces me to "Verify Your Account by SMS" again. Unfortunately, If I enter my mobile number, it fails with "The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an account." Which is right, because I have already used it with the account Stefan...@googlemail.com one and a half year ago.

Any ideas to reanimate the account, or enable my to verify with the old mobile number? Thanks in advance,
Btw.: https://appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues always fails with a "There were errors: comment", although I have entered one :-(
