GAE spammer

the app neseligunler011 is a spammer.  cc'd from my g+ post about it.

+Google+ somebody please tell Google that a) their own spreadsheets are against their own terms of service (it's a violation?). this spreadsheet is for reporting abuse. b) that abuse is a spammer from appspotmail.com
