How do I lease tasks from a pull queue that is running in dev_appserver?
The example for pull queues in https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/taskqueue/overview-pull asks that the google webservice https://www.googleapis.com/taskqueue/v1beta1/projects/taskqueues
be used to lease tasks. However, this endpoint is not valid for my dev_appserver instance.
