Good feedback for today

Hi,

As someone who in past spoke against GAE specifically in regards to the information received during downtime, i gotta say: What an improvement!

The hourly updated forum and answers in this group are a great leap forward compared to the silence we had in the past during downtimes. 

Great job Google (IMHO)!

"We will provide another update as information changes, or within 60 minutes."

I felt exponentially more comfortable knowing that there would be another update in an hour or less.

It must have touched something in the reptilian part of my brain. ;)

In my opinion it was the usual silence. It took over an hour to get a single word out of google and then they didn't keep those "within 60 minutes" promises, the next message was always much later.
