Blessing a GAE App within Google Apps to remove data approval notices

hi,

Forgive me if this is considered a GApps question rather than a GAE one, but how do we go about listing a GAE App with pre-approved scopes in GApps such that users aren't prompted with "grant this app permission" notices.
