What is the easiest way to upgrade from the Mater Slave data store to the HR data store if one does _not_ care about migrating existing data.  Also, I have a live domain name pointed to my current appID; do I have delete my appID and recreate it to migrate to HR.  It's my understanding that it can take up to three days to delete an appID.  I'm hoping for a quick solution--if one exists.  Thank you for any help or advice anyone can provide.

Don't attempt to delete and then recreate. You won't be able to
reclaim your app id.

Your best option is to create a new appengine app and have your live
domain name point to that.

That is - if you have people go to www.mysite.com and that points to
mysite.appspot.com, just create a mynewsite.appspot.com app and update
the www.mysite.com domain to point to that.

If you're serving directly from your appid.appspot.com url (if you
need SSL, for example), then you can request an alias be created from
the old app id to the new app id by submitting a billing issue.
