This looks like a reasonable approach to support.  $29 p/m gets you "something".  $300 p/m gets you <2 hr response times and phone support.  $1000 gets you more, then there's "premium" with all bells and whistles.

Anyone had to invoke Azure support? Did it suck?

Btw, I'm not interested in moving to Azure for the support, but I would like to get people's reaction to it. If they can make it useful and sustainable, it should be workable for Google. If so, it would solve one of our multi-year gripes about GAE.  It would be fantastic to have a phased-in approach to support rather than the current binary "peasant/premium" scheme.
