adding a custom domain to my appengine app

Has anyone been sucessfull adding a a domain name to his app?

i only get a a server error plz try later all the time.

In apps for domain you will need to deploy the app.
The Domain must be the primary domain not an aliased domain.

So does this mean i cant use any domain where i own the dns ?

If i did get this right i have to move this domain to google apps and then add the appengine app in the domain administration and not in the app engine dashboard under application settings?
