Google Apps customers,
Between 11:25am and 3:49pm Pacific Time, there was a production issue for Google Apps customers causing custom domains to intermittently fail to redirect or proxy. The outages have subsided, but we'll continue to monitor the services closely.
We'll have to add Custom Domains to the Google Apps Status page:
For some people domain name mapped over in the GA to App Engine application (and the ghs.google.com by CNAME) does not work, while the *.appspot.com domain is reachable.
