Difference between localhost and applicatiin_ID.appspot.com

Hi,
i wonder why my link in localhost work and we i deploy the resource or
the link as application_ID.appspot.com/resource i have an error that
the link was broken.

Perhaps you need to define a static files handler, but it is impossible to say without more information.
