Another application stuck "Activating Billing", need urgent support assistance

Hi,

Our application sortmybox-hrd (www.sortmybox.com) is stuck in "Activating Billing" mode. We migrated to HRD from Master/Slave last night and attempted to enable billing around the same time but it didn't go through and we have been stuck since.

We've submitted two tickets via the Billing Request form but have not heard back. We've exhausted our free quota so our application has been disabled for several hours and we've have been unable our customers. We need somebody to reset the billing status so that we may re-enable billing and start serving our customers again. Please advise.

I've had this happen to me several times in the past. It generally takes 2 to 4 weeks to get this resolved.   There's no way to get App Engine support in a crises. This is one of my biggest complaints against App Engine.

You may get lucky and someone in support will stumble on your issue soon enough to help you before it will gets reset automatically in a couple weeks anyway.

It looks like your billing has been activated, so I think you should be set now (follow up here if that's not the case).

I tried to enable billing as well but it seems to be hung - I may have inadvertently caused it but I still need to enable billing and I can't.  My app keeps going over quota and shutting down.
