My application is Disable without any reason

I am appengine developer .

My application with id :  myhotarticles .

Today my application is disable by someone (maybe you) . I want recover it now .

My application is not   conflict with "Google App Engine Terms of Service" .

There are one message  #1117415051 that say this content (http://www.myhotarticles.appspot.com/article/winstrol-depot-stanozolol-injection-profiles-by-ortpharmacy)  is copyrighted content .

But i removed it at 09/17 . This link response 404 Error: Not Found

Please re-enable my application "myhotarticles " .
