5/13 AppEngine python outage?

I was doing my daily look over things and I noticed that for over 12 hours starting on 5/13 at around 3pm EST requests came to almost a standstill... nothing interesting in the log. There is no mention of a service interruption on the app engine status page.

Anyone else see this? Makes me think they are unaware of when things stop working for hours at a time!?!?

Sorry… Why do you think that was there issue, not your DNS Provider, or some other issue?

With a appspot.com address, any issue like this is clearly a production environment problem. That said, I just went to look at the graph again and it looks quite different (it's 5 hours later, but they should have quite a bit of overlap). So this might be a dashboard issue.
