Extended duration doing imports on M/S instance causing repeated DeadlineExceeded errors during startup.

Hi

My appid is qtrack-dev and it M/S

For the last few hours I have been able to start any instances.

Normally the instance starts <6sec
at the moment just doing the imports (largish stack, not as big as django though)
is taking between 24 and 30secs.

I have seen this in the past (and an issue relating to this was closed by Guido the other day as non-repeatable).

Anyone else experiencing problems or I am in one of the backwaters that is suffering performance issues.

Looks like I am getting hit by something happening on a regular basis
