Cross-Group (XG) Transactions crashing SDK

When I use Cross Group Transactions with the SDK it crashes because I
am not using HRD.

Should I report this is bug/improvement? or has someone figured out a
way to emulate HRD on the SDK?

Any workarounds?

There is a way to run the development server to simulate HRD Datastore.
