How to get AdWords Visits?

I was wondering how i get the total visits from all my campaigns.

I tried to use this filter: ga:campaign!=(not set).

But my result value is wrong (different from the value in GA).

I've already found a solution:

Filter:
ga:adCost!=0.0

gives me the right amount of visits
