Did you set up a project in the API Console, activate the API, and replace my_key_for_android in the URL with a valid API key?

These are the most coomon errors when someone gets that error from the CSAPI.

jgeerdes, thank you for your willingness to help.

Yes, I created a project in Google APIs, payment connected and got access to API, but I have two questions. I'm going to use the image search on mobile Android and iOS apps.

1. I do not understand where I have to get the parameter 'cx'. I must to set URLs of the sites on which to search, but I am searching on Google.

2. I got the key at Simple API Access (Key for Android apps (with certificates)). It has the format API key: AIzaSyAfdMUx8JbJ0qxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
But at the same time, I created a Client ID for installed applications and it has Redirect URIs: urn: ietf: wg: oauth: 2 xxxxxxx
I do not understand that I need to use?

When dealing with AS3, I would think you would want a browser key, rather than an Android key.

Then what is the website I have to use in this case?

Authorized Redirect URIs (fewer options)
One per line. For example: https://example.com/path/to/callback

You shouldn't need a redirect URI for a simple browser key. There should be a place for authorized referrers URLs, but just leave that blank. Make sure to NOT share your key on this or any other public forum, particularly if you've enabled billing. You could find yourself subsidizing someone else's app.

This is a bug of Google. The problem was solved only completely removing default API project and create a new one with the same data.

New issue.

Link worked fine a couple of days, but yesterday stopped working. I changed nothing. Gives the answer.

Perhaps it's because changed cx.
If i use cx from Custom Search Engine of my site, then searches only for my site.
