Dear Google AJAX APIs team,

I think you forgot to add jQuery UI version 1.8.18 to the
https://www.google.com/jsapi src so there fore its not loading and I
get error. Please let me know if I'm mistaken.

Best,
Jay

Hi,

Thanks for catching these issues!

We recommend that you embed script tags directly into your page when using the Google-hosted libraries. So for instance

The google.load() approach can end up making your pages load more slowly in many browsers, so we recommend referencing the script URL directly.

We'll be removing the docs for the google.load() approach soon, and will no longer be updating google.load() to load newer versions of the libraries. We will continue to support the google.load() approach for existing users, so existing sites using this technique will not break.

Apologies for the broken google.load() references in the meantime, while we get the docs updated. We hope that you will transition to using plain old script tags, as they are faster and simpler.

Thanks,
Bryan

Hi Bryan,

Do you happen to be the Brian McQuaid, who is the husband of Doris
McQuaid. I used to know Doris before she got married and she was a
very nice person.

I know that her husband, Brian, is also a computer programmer and they
live in the LA area.

Warm Regards,

Paul Cheffers
