Hi there,

An Error Code: 0 is an Internal Error that may indicate that something unexpected has happened, such as an error from the SDK, or an invalid response from the server. However, can you provide us the affected Ad Unit IDs for us to verify on our end? Additionally, can you check if you can replicate the issue on our sample apps?

Hi there,

Thanks for providing me your Ad Unit ID. I tried using it on our sample BannerExample project and I was able to constantly receive ads on my end. Can you verify if you can still replicate the issue using the linked sample app?

If you are still able to replicate the issue on the linked sample app, then can you provide us logs from Charles' Proxy (with SSL Proxying enabled) for us to investigate any network related issues?

Hi,

I have tried in BannerExample and its working fine. I have tried before the same but changed with my applications package name.
I guess issue with my package name after changed my application package name getting ads successfully.

Is there any reason that google can blocked my application package name ?

Hi there,

If you suspect that your app's Package Name has been blocked from serving ads, then I'm afraid this would be classified as a serving issue, and not something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. I would recommend that you reach out to our Product Support Team to get this issue sorted out, or you can use this Troubleshooter. Make sure to provide them the necessary information, such as any affected Ad Unit IDs and Package Names for them to assist you quicker.

hello Joshua!
We are having the exact same issue.

We have an app with almost 1M downloads and can not get any banners.
We suspect that the issue is caused by the fact that the app was by mistake added to 2 Admob accounts

Could you please profide the form to reach out the support to unban our package name (we can agree on disabling of one of the admob accounts)?
thanks!

Hi Kirankumar,

I would like to inform you that I have deleted your post since it contained your Ad Unit ID. Kindly refrain from posting your Ad Unit IDs publicly in this forum since they can be considered as sensitive information. Additionally, please refrain from posting on old threads. If you would like assistance with your issue, then please create a new thread so we can maintain a steady flow of communication among users.

With that said, I tried out your Ad Unit IDs on our sample apps as well and I was able to successfully retrieve ads on my end. As mentioned by the previous user, would you be able to try and change your application's Package Name and verify if you can show ads after? If you were able to show ads after changing your application's Package Name, then I would recommend you contact our Product Support Team to get this issue sorted out as this may be considered as a serving issue and not something related to the Mobile Ads SDK. Alternatively, you can use our Troubleshooter.

Hi,

I tested your Ad Unit Id with our BannerExample app and I was able to display ads on my end. Please note that newly created Ad Unit Ids take time to start serving Ads. Please give it an hour or two and see if you still encounter the issue.

Hi,

There are a number of factors that could result to Internal Error or Error Code: 0

Given that you were able to display ads using your Ad Unit Id in our sample app suggests that there's no issue specific to your Ad Unit Id. Based from previous concerns raised by other publishers in the forum, they mentioned that they are only getting the error when using their package name and they were able to display ads using a different one. This might be the same with your scenario since you confirmed that you can only replicate the error in your app but not with our sample app.

However, since this is an old thread, I suggest that you create a new thread and share your new findings there and we'll gladly continue with the investigation from there. Alternatively, you may use this Troubleshooter for additional assistance.

Hi Akshay,

Thank you for providing the error logs captured as well as testing out with our sample apps.

There are a number of factors that could trigger the Internal Error or Error Code: 0 and one of which is if the Ad Unit Id is just newly created since they take some time before they could start serving live ads.

Based on previous experiences, other possible factors are if the PIN verification or payment information is not set up yet.

Could you check these items first and see if one applies to you? However, given that this is an old thread, I suggest that you create a new thread and share your new findings there and from there we could continue with the investigation.

Hi Ryan,

Have you tested your Ad Unit Ids in question with our sample apps?

To continue with our investigation specific to your concern, could you please create a new thread in the Google Mobile Ads SDK forum with your new findings (e.g. testing with sample apps) as well as more details about your concerns (e.g. complete device logs)?

Hi Vishnu,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

First off, kindly note that the AdMob SDK is officially supported only on Android, iOS, and Unity. Thus, we cannot promise full functionality or support on other third-party platforms or frameworks, such as Flutter.

With that said, could you kindly provide the details below (via Reply privately to author) so that I can investigate the issue?

Regards,

Hi Vishnu,

I'm afraid that we will not be able to check up on your AdMob account, as we can only deal with technical concerns on the AdMob SDK. You may want to reach out to the AdMob Help Center for further assistance on such account and ad serving-related concerns. The product specialists there should be able to provide better insights on such.

You may also want to reach out to the support channels of Flutter for any possible leads on this, since I'm afraid that we cannot provide full diagnosis and support for integration of the AdMob SDK with such third-party platforms.

I solved by setting right adUnitId, in my case banner worked with test adUnitId but not with mine. The problem was that I was using adUnitId for Native Ads but not for Banners (something came up :d), they all are separated!!!
