I am seeing too many CLs submitted with descriptions that are no more informative than "fixed bug" or "changed code".
Often the reason something was done is more important than what was done.
Please, everyone, write changelist descriptions that put the change in context and keep the log greppable and readable. Please, reviewers, push back if you see vacuous CL descriptions.
