Hi folks,
Per https://golang.org/wiki/Go-Release-Cycle, we will enter the development freeze Nov 4 (one week from today).

Please plan accordingly and ensure that the Go1.14 milestone is an accurate representation of what will go into the release.

Thanks,
Andy

Another note: while historically we’ve said that it’s alright for a CL to land after the freeze as long as it’s sent out before the freeze date, anything sent before the freeze that doesn’t land within one week from the freeze start date will need to wait until the next release.

This is to ensure that the beta (and subsequent releases) go out on time.

Thanks.

We have now entered the freeze.

Please land any in-progress non-stabilization CLs within one week from today or they will need to wait until the next release.

Thanks
