Monitoring Logs

I have a script that continuously sends email via SMTP. I'd like to
monitor it using God. So let's say my Postfix queue gets too large and
I'd like to trigger an administrative email to get sent out for
notifications. Is this possible?

Sure you can. Did you check the log example? You can do something similar and check the file count of a directory or a output file from your script.
