where does it live?

I don't see it anywhere though it has installed, I've refreshed, and login info's been entered.  I don't see it anywhere in my browser, including under bookmarks.  Thanks for any help.

You need to enable to GMARKS Side bar or toolbar to see it.  Yeah, it pretty confusing.

I would suggest that they add an icon to the firefox main bar like LastPass does, that would be great.

I hope I can help with this. Find a blank space on your address bar, right click you should see a list at bottom r clock customize it will bring up a box full of icons, find the star icon L click hold & drag it to an empty space on your add bar. Now close the customize box . Go back click on the star it may tell you to sign in to Gmail, do so & your in business. Hope that helps.
