New Bookmarks not saving

I am in windows 7 pro using FF 13.0.1 and have checked for gmarks updates.  When I click add/edit bookmark it appears in my gmarks menu, but if I refresh or go out to the online google bookmarks page it did not actually save. Also when I first start firefox the bookmarks do not automatically load, I must click refresh.

Same here. I keep loosing bokmarks and my mind.
They appear in the menu when I save them, but they are nowhere after
next login.
Frustrating like hell.

I am using Gmarks 1.0.4, and it has the same problem where it doesn't always save new bookmarks correctly.

Same problem here.
FF13.0.1 on Windows 7 and Windows XP SP3.

There should at least be a warning like "Could not connect to Google". I am really not understanding how this auto-login feature works.

Great idea this add-on, though, hope this serious bug will be fixed.

I have already tried xmarks and it was actually worse.

My flow:
- Start FF - refresh GMarks (since doesn't do it automatically recently) - add bookmark #1 (GMarks menu > Add/Edit bookmark)
  => check via google.com/bookmarks ==> successful
- add another bookmark
  => --/-- => NOT ADDED
- close FF and start from the beginning => same result: 1st bookmark is added, 2nd are not

GMarks 1.0.3.3 on FF 13.0.1 on Win XP; similar trouble under Ubuntu

I saw the same thing under FF13.  It seems to have fixed itself on FF14.

Has everyone else here seen the same thing?

On Vista GMarks stopped working some time back ; it doesn't work on Windows 7. Is there an ongoing patch for this? A release is planned with such patch? Is the add-on abandoned?!
