We use gmail hosted email. I have been given a new user e-mail box. I was going to send other members of our domain an e-mail and when I clinked on the contacts there were none of my domain's other users e-mails in the list of people to send e-mail to. Am I missing something?

By "every person in our city", do you mean everyone living in the
city, or every city employee?
Andy, looking at first message in this thread. At a guess, translation utility has substituted "city" for "domain"...

That could be. Judging by his email address domain, I figured he was
American and probably didn't need to translate.
