Ok follow the instructions below:

go to www.fidelity.com
Click on  Research
Click on Quote
Click on Symbol Look Up
Enter Birth Certificate No (usually the year first ie 1967/then the number) (your birthday certificate number is either in a box top right hand corner or somewhere in the document usually on the top line.)
Make sure the top two areas in the drop down boxes say MUTUAL FUND and FUND NUMBER before doing the search to find out who is trading on the FUND for the birth Certificate.
Next click on Initialed Trading Company name under SYMBOL (usually in blue colour ie FFNBX or something like that)

Click on chart to see the activity in the last few years.

this will give you all the trading info about who is trading on the fund that the birth certificate is a part of.  This document was created when you were an infant.  Commercial laws allow for you o cancel and rescind this 'simple contract 'UCC3-203' and to make a claim in recoupment (Reparations) for fraud committed upon you when you were an infant (see UCC 3 - 305) google Uniformed Commercial Code and read 203 & 305.

Cheers
Lyndell

Hi Ant, I finally tried to get to the bottom of this info and seem to get nowhere. I went onto the Fidelity website and asked. I acted as though I was only seeking to rebutt any claim, so as not to alarm this lady. We did the search and there is no mention of my name in the results. Maybe someone can explain this better to me, as I am missing the point so far. I have no evidence to make a decision. I do not challenge the info supplied by you, but how can we test its veracity? The sectio below is the on-line rep and myself having a chat.
Have a read and let me know what you think please. Cheers, Mark.
Please feel free to call me 0266518461 or send your number and I'll call you and maybe you can explain things.

Thank you for contacting Fidelity Investments using Instant Message with a Rep Service. We hope you will visit http://www.fidelity.com again for the tools and information to help you make the most of your future investments.

Julia Arnado: Good Evening Mr. Filby, how are you doing today?
Mark Steven Filby: great
Mark Steven Filby: Is it true that trading occurs on my birth certificate?
Julia Arnado: I have honestly never heard anything like that before.
Mark Steven Filby: To whom should i address this question?
Julia Arnado: Where did you read or hear about this?
Mark Steven Filby: I just did a search on my birth certificate number as advised and sure enough there is activity on my bond value as if I am an assett or chattel
Mark Steven Filby: I was involved in a discussion with a person I met and asked them to prove this info
Mark Steven Filby: the first section I sent you was the instructions in the email to establish if I am being traded
Mark Steven Filby: The original claim was that I was a slave
Mark Steven Filby: I asked this person to put up the info or shut up
Mark Steven Filby: they sent me an email and it seems to fit
Mark Steven Filby: I suggest that maybe there is something going on that we the sheeple are not advised about or suppossed to know
Julia Arnado: Do you mind if I ask what the number you're entering is and so I can follow the steps and see what you are talking about.
Mark Steven Filby: sorry just looking them up
Mark Steven Filby: My Birth Cert # was or is,34374. Then I looked up my son Kurts #1994/41965
Julia Arnado: To clarify, before I try and look this up using the number. Does this security specifically say your name and information?
Mark Steven Filby: NO
Mark Steven Filby: thats what i want to clarify as to how this person can make these claims and advise me to look up this number from my birth certificate as in the instructions I cut and pasted in the start of this chat
Mark Steven Filby: I want to tell them that they are wrong or admit they are right
Mark Steven Filby: I was advised that the entire purpose of the birth certificate is a registration, which at law indicates transfer of ownership and therefore why I am referred to as the custodial parent
Mark Steven Filby: apparently even you are being traded
Julia Arnado: I am following the instructions you provided above to see what you're seeing/talking about.

Generally, securities (all types) have numerical and alphabetical symbols or identification "markers". Without seeing what you're referring too, I would assume your number just matches a securities identification number by chance.
Julia Arnado: Please allow me a few moments to finish the steps you have provided.
Mark Steven Filby: I think i would like to know what this is all about because it raises some interesting points of law and i thought that you would be able to dig a little deeper
Julia Arnado: To clarify, I am on the symbol lookup page and it says no matches found. If I am following the steps right- I entered 34374 and the "Search for:" values show Mutual Fund and Fund number and pressed "search".
Mark Steven Filby: try the other number please
Mark Steven Filby: it worked for me
Julia Arnado: Am I suppose to enter the whole thing? 1994/41965
Julia Arnado: or just the last part?
Mark Steven Filby: entire number
Julia Arnado: Thank you for your patience. I have entered the number for your son and it brought up the fund name for the FIDELITY ADVISOR DYNAMIC STRATEGIES FUND CLASS I (FDYIX). Your son's date of birth is the fund number for the FDYIX fund.
Julia Arnado: Your birth certificate number only did not bring up any information. Using your sons birth certificate number only (and not the entire thing or the date of birth) did not bring anything up.
Julia Arnado: I am sorry, we are not able to view attachments or links provided by clients.
Mark Steven Filby: I think you would have to put 1960 into my number as the year. If you put that first it should work
Mark Steven Filby: it's from your website
Julia Arnado: In the case of your sons information the fund number of the advisor fund matched your sons year of birth and nothing else.
Julia Arnado: Based on the URL you gave me it is a form to change the account registration.
Mark Steven Filby: I will do some further research and seek the answers
Julia Arnado: This is used when people want to change from say an Individual brokerage account to a Joint brokerage account.
Mark Steven Filby: sweet
Julia Arnado: Have you tried just your birth certificate number because that does not pull up any information. It is a coincidence that your year of birth matches a Mutual Fund number.
Mark Steven Filby: when someone tells me I am owned by the government, I want to know what this person is on about or if they are full of it.
Mark Steven Filby: I will try it again now
Julia Arnado: Yes, that is understandable. I tried just my year of birth and it matched a fund number.
Julia Arnado: You will find if you just use the actual birth certificate number nothing pulls up. The system is just recognizing what you are entering as the "Year of Birth" to a "Fund Number".
Mark Steven Filby: I just pulled up info on my year of birth 1960/34374 and got a result
Julia Arnado: Did you read what I have written above?
Julia Arnado: You will get the same result even if you change the numbers in the last part of the sequence after the /. The system is only recognizing the first four because it matches the fund number.
Mark Steven Filby: yes and it just dawned on me what you are saying
Julia Arnado: You can put in 1960/34374 and get FIDELITY DYNAMIC STRATEGIES FUND FDYSX
Julia Arnado: And change it and put in 1960/34355 and get FIDELITY DYNAMIC STRATEGIES FUND FDYSX
Mark Steven Filby: it means nothing until I understand what it links to or is connected with. I do not understand what your industry does or how it makes money as it all seems like snake oil to me
Julia Arnado: Okay, good. I do not know if this is a "friend" or someone you know very well, but they are either playing a trick on you or they need to settle down on the conspiracy theories. It takes simple investigation to see that it doesn't matter what the actual birth certificate number is- its just the year of birth.
Julia Arnado: Is there anything else that I can assist you with today Mr. Filby?
Mark Steven Filby: no, you are absolutely right and I will enjoy chastising another fool. Thanks very much for your help.
Mark Steven Filby: bye
