I deleted the extra invitation for that user. It may take a while,
possibly up to 24 hours, before your phone sees the change. Normally I
would get some more info to track down the bug, but we're going to be
changing how invitation codes work fairly soon anyway.
In your initial message you mentioned that push notifications don't
always work, which I completely forgot to ask about before. Can you
give me more details about that? Are there specific notifications that
you're expected to see but aren't, or is it out for certain periods of
time, or what?
