Hi,

I know this is not a first time someone is asking this, but simply had no luch with keyword choice.

I wrapped JDBC URL as isntructed, se driver property to refer to one we use, and let it run.
So far so good. App is working well. What is a problem that wrapper is either not loggin' anything or FR not reading it.
FR 4.07 (fusionreactor.jar 4.08, update received last night, by email, from support) opn CentOS 5.6, Adobe CF 9.01 CH2

And here it is:

jdbc:fusionreactor:wrapper:{jdbc:as400://10.0.0.1;libraries=SCHEME1, SCHEME2;date format=iso;time format=iso;naming=system;transaction isolation=none;errors=full;cursor hold=false;extended dynamic=true;secure=false;trace=false;data compression=true; useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8};driver=com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver

What am I missing here?

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Marko Simić

Hi Marko,

If queries are running, but the wrapper couldn't find FusionReactor, it will log to STDOUT - you should see log entries appearing in your log files.

One thing you could try is to move your JDBC driver jar alongside the FusionReactor jar.

- Stop ColdFusion
- Move the JDBC jar (wherever your AS400 driver is) from where it is now to \ColdFusion\runtime\servers\coldfusion\SERVER-INF\lib -- there should be a fusionreactor.jar in there already.
- Start ColdFusion

Do let us know how you get on!

-John

We are working also working on making this much easier in the future.

Hi John,

Thank you. Copying jt400.jar (DB2 driver) to the same location of fusionreactor.jar (/opt/jrun4/servers/instance_name/SERVER-INF/lib) helped.

@Darren
Yap,  you should really simplify Linux installation. It took me hours to complete it. Copy here, copy there, set this set that,....

Hello Marko,

Just a quick mention that our installer has a console install option -
http://docs.intergral.com/display/FR40/Console+Installation+on+Linux
This should be used where you don't have a GUI on the server and
shouldn't require any manual file changes.

The only time a manual file copy/move is necessary is when you're
using a non-macromedia JDBC driver (eg the AS400 driver you're using).

Best regards,
