cannot start Arduino USB plugin

Ciao,

Sto provando ad utilizzare il plugin Arduino USB in Freedomotic. Utilizzo Windows 8.1 quindi ho modificato il file di configurazione in questo modo:

        <property name="serial.port" value="COM3"/>   

Purtroppo quando provo ad avviare il plugin mi appare il seguente messaggio:

Error while creating Arduino serial connection. Port name - COM3; Method name - addEventListener(); Exception type - Port not opened.

Preciso che ho caricato correttamente lo sketch di esempio in Arduino e ne ho testato il funzionamento attraverso il serial monitor dell'IDE di Arduino. Tutto funziona correttamente.

I'm trying to use Arduino USB plugin. I'm working on Windows 8.1, so I put the following line in the configuration:

Unfortunately when I try to start the plugin the following error appear:

I've uploaded correctly the example sketch in Arduino and tested it using serial monitor of Arduino IDE. It works good.
