Wiki spam

I noticed while doing a search on the FNH wiki site that there appears to be quite a few spam pages that have been added.

eg. I found this page - http://wiki.fluentnhibernate.org/200mw_532nm_Mid-open_Inexperienced_Laser_Pointer_Pen_The_Newest_Hot_Stuff_For_All

Maybe the default user rights need to be locked down a bit?

Thanks David, I haven't been keeping as close an eye on the wiki as I should've been. I'll sort this out, let me know if you see any other pages.

I've just ported the wiki over to github, so this should make it a) less spammy, and b) easier for people to change (it's just a git repo!).
