Pager / Navigation Band

I would like to add the Pager Band to the top of the table as well as
having it at the bottom.

How do I do this ?

If its not possible to have two, how can I move it to the top?

You can move it to the top by replacing '$(g.bDiv).after(g.pDiv);'
with '$(g.gDiv).prepend(g.pDiv);'
