WPA Luncheon Program about Thoreau and Money
There’s still time to sign up for this special event. Celebrate the Thoreau Bicentennial by attending the Women’s Parish Association’s luncheon and talk by Rev. Dr. Jim Sherblom about Thoreau and Money on Wednesday, March 15 beginning at 11:30 a.m. Bring your own sandwich. Dessert and beverages will be provided. There is no charge for this event. In honor of Thoreau’s anti-slavery stance, donations will be gladly accepted to benefit Robbins House, Concord's African American and Antislavery Interpretive Center. Reservations are required. For Reservations: Sign up by contacting the office or emailing Dian Pekin at pek...@comcast.net. All are welcome!
