FB1.8.1b1 - Open Link in New Window - not working

Open Link in New Window is not working for me with 1.8.1b1. Anyone have any hints?

If you're feeling like your problem is fitting to one, please add a
comment there.
Also did you already try to disable your other add-ons to check, if
there's an interferance? If you can track it down to a simple
reproducible test case, we can fix it.
