Dear colleagues,
Please see attached invitation to the Training Seminar on High-performance energy efficiency standards in buildings in the UNECE region on 5-7 September 2018, St. Petersburg. We encourage you to share this invitation with the relevant experts in your country.
Please note that the target audience of this training seminar is policy makers and building sector professionals who are, ideally, future trainers in their respective countries. As stated in the letter, UNECE has limited funds to support participation in this training seminar. Thus the priority for financial support will be given to the experts who will be able to apply the information from the seminar to training programmes in their countries. Requests for financial support will be considered until 23 July 2018.
Working languages of the training seminar are English and Russian. Interpretation will be provided. Training materials will also be available in English and Russian.
Please register for this event at the website: http://www.unece.org/index.php?id=48997. The number of participants of the seminar is limited. The deadline for registration is 22 August 2018 but we encourage you to register soon.

Уважаемые коллеги!
В приложении – приглашение на обучающий семинар по Высокоэффективным энергостандартам в зданиях в регионе Европейской экономической комиссии ООН (ЕЭК ООН), который состоится 5-7 cентября 2018 г. в Санкт-Петербурге. Пожалуйста, разошлите это приглашение соответствующим экспертам в Вашей стране.
Обратите внимание, что целевая аудитория данного обучающего семинара – это специалисты строительной отрасли и сотрудники государственных органов, ответственные за нормотворчество в сфере энергоэффективности, которые могли бы затем стать тренерами по этой теме в своих странах. В приглашении указано, что у ЕЭК ООН есть ограниченные ресурсы для финансовой поддержки участников этого семинар. Приоритет в оказании финансовой поддержки будет отдан тем экспертам, которые смогут применить информацию семинара на практике и для обучающих программ в своей стране. Запросы об оказании финансовой поддержки будут рассматриваться до 23 июля 2018 г.
Семинар будет проводиться на английском и русском языках с переводом. Материалы семинара будут доступны на русском и английском языках.
