Can anyone explain why events from a clickable element inside a form foo are silently disappearing when foo is used in a collage of [foo, outlined (solid black) (circle 5)]?

Strangely, the events do appear if one changes the order of the two forms in the above list or replaces the outlined circle by a form like toForm (asText "bar").

A complete example showing the behavior: http://share-elm.com/sprout/53ec915ce4b07afa6f9842fd

Do you mind opening an issue for this on the compiler repo? There's a CSS property that needs to be set carefully when you are layering things, so I'd guess it's not correct for collages.
